Rob has been serving the needs of buyers, sellers, renters, investors & property owners in the DFW Metroplex for the past 3 yearsand is motivated in making sure to find each and every client the perfect fit for whatever their needs. He has sold & rented homes as well as sold land and investment property in 7 counties throughout North Texas through Ultima Real Estate Services where he first started his career and still remains to this day. With the saturation and experience of such an incredible brokerage, Rob and his team are able to ensure every possible Real Estate resources is at the client's fingertips with up to date news, tools & technology. A Brooklyn native, and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Rob was intruiged and concerned starting in 2004 when the realization of property values in states with typically outstanding stabilaty, such as Florida, saw an almost immediate influx in value that was increasing much too high and alarmingly too fast. Realizing the old addage, "What comes up, must go down," he decided to start scouting for the single best market to be protected from the impending crash. After careful market analysis, interviews with local Realtors and make it or break it attitude, Rob took up residence in Dallas, TX iin May of 2004 and ihasn't looked backed since. North Texas has proven to be a force to be reckoned with and the reason he is proud to now call North Texas, home. |

Paul has comleted his undergraduate studies at Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Since acquiring his real estate broker license in 1987, Paul achieved several accolades for his listing and sales production with Coldwell Banker and other prominent real estate firms. Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals (HAREP) and is a member of the Hispanic Real Estate Professionals organizations in Dallas, Ft. Worth and Austin. He has earned the NCP (NAHREP Certified Professional) offered through the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the prestigious “Eagle” designation by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is the broker and co-owner of Ultima Real Estate Services, which is a full service real estate sales and leasing firm. This firm currently has expanded to include 3 offices with over 450+ real estate agents in the North Texas area and Austin. His commitment to continuing education is evidence further by his certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative by REBAC. Additional credits include his authored “Real Life Real Estate” Training Program which is the established training program for his firm. |
